Resources Unlimited is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation(s) have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, we have implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly enforced.
FULL PAYMENT
Your reservation is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be made online or in person.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
Cancellations may be made by email, phone or in person. Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the trip date.
REFUND POLICY
- There is a $100 non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made 15 days or before will receive 75% of the funds paid.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the trip will receive 50% of the funds paid.
